Production Artist

Start Date: ASAP MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO PELHAM, AL MONDAY-FRIDAY

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proficient addition to our creative team in Pelham, Alabama. You will work within both our design & production departments. This position would be 75% production work 25% design. This candidate would focus mainly on the creation & organization of dielines.  They will work closely with the designers to make sure files are print-ready for production in keeping with the latest specs. This person must have knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Any previous experience in the print industry is a must. To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to visualize things in a three dimensional form. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized and able to work in a fast moving environment.

From premium boxes and folding cartons to promotional materials, we can create almost any printed products imaginable! Main Responsibilities: 

  • Dieline creation 

  • Maintain dieline organization 

  • Print specs expertise 

  • Print-ready file development 

  • Knowledge of printers 

  • 3d modeling 

Minimum Requirements: ​

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role 

  • Strong abilities in Adobe Creative Suite 

  • Organizational & time management skills 

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Open to feedback 

  • Self-starting personality 

  • Print experience 

  • An eye for detail and color accuracy 

  • Experience with Mac products
